Our Story

Pip and Nook

Pip and Nook was born from a fresh start.

After spending almost a decade building my previous children's clothing business, ClayBear Official, I found myself unexpectedly closing the doors after an incredibly difficult chapter. It was heartbreaking, but gave me time to slow down, reflect on what I truly loved, and rediscover why I started sewing in the first place.

Rather than chasing societies expectation of growth equalling success I wanted to return to create clothing I loved. Beautiful fabrics, the cutest designs and handmade pieces that parents genuinely get excited to dress their little ones in.

And so, Pip and Nook began.

Hi! I'm Emma.

A mum of three with a brain busier than all of them put together. I am also the hands behind every stitch here at Pip and Nook.

Sewing and putting together beautiful collections of pieces for your little ones has been a huge part of my life for well over a decade now and although I spent time away to reflect between the closure of my past business and the opening of this one thing never changed, my love for creating beautiful clothing that becomes part of your memories and story.

Every order is currently cut, sewn, packed and sent from my home in Suffolk. Meaning I can pour the same love into every garment as if each item was being worn by my own children.

My aim is simple, only to create and send pieces I would be proud to put on my own family so thank you for joining us and being part of our little Pip and Nook community! Our very own perfectly imperfect little slice of the internet!
